I agree. I like the Karen Ave property because it's quiet and away from the craziness of Vegas. But I also like walking next door for restaurants and the monorail.

They're biggest asset is the LV Convention Center next door and it's ballrooms which flow just across from the North Hall.

It just wasn't the same after they closed the Star Trek themed area. We used to go to Quarks at least once a trip. We stopped by there at the end or Mar and it is just sad. The little casino area has been reduced to one corner and the area where all the Star Trek stuff was is boarded up. We were wondering what was still back there if anything. At least they could have kept the restaurant and shops with a different theme.
