Where do you buy sheets (instore or online) Do you prefer Cotton, Microfiber or Sateen.
Looking for Reviews "Sheets" that won't fade, rip, tear after washing and resists wrinkles.
Anyone purchased sheets from BJs or Costcos or online from The Cosy House Collection

I bought a microfiber set of sheets to use in our apartment in Belize. We hated them! They feel nice but they are hot and 'sticky'. Give me a nice good quality cotton percale set any day. I have 2 flat sheets from Springmaid (sent from the US) that were given to me as a wedding shower gift in 1976 and they still look and feel new. They are nice and cool in the summer, warm in the winter and come out of the dryer wrinkle free even if they've been sitting a while.

We like BollNBranch cotton sheets. They are expensive but last a long time.

That brought back memories! In the 70’s I lived about 30 minutes from Springs Industries’ main manufacturing plant. They had an employee outlet store. it was not open to the public. One had to have an employee card to enter. I had a best friend with one. I think we drove up there at least every other week! We had more than our linen closets could hold and gave so as gifts! I too prefer Percale.

We buy nothing but cotton Percale. 800+ thread count. My problem is finding bath sheets (large towels) that are soft, absorbent, and stay that way. I find they have to be replaced when they still look good, but are scratchy. I think it's just the way it is, because when the towels are new, there is lots of lint on the dryer filter, and when the dryer filter doesn't have much on it, the towels are less soft. Coincidence? I think not.

Ordered the 1800 Elegant King Size Sheets from The Cosy House Collection
during their big sale earlier in March. Had to speak with a customer service
person by phone in order to get the discount plus free shipping After a week
or so I called to check on my order. Was told the King White Wavy was out
of stock and would not be in for week`s. Cancelled and received a refund..
Hopefully, will get second opportunity to place an order and try these sheets.

My very favorite were a wrinkle free percale sheet from Bed Bath and Beyond. Smooth, kind of heavy, and cool. They no longer make them. I bought really expensive sheets from Frette recently. They might feel smoother if I ironed them but I won’t. I put them on the bed very slightly damp and they dry wrinkle free. Today I bought Charter House 800 count all cotton from Macy’s, $95. Washed them and now they are on the bed. They feel smoother than the Frette sheets but not as smooth as my old BBY sheets.
I am really particular about the way sheets feel and it’s expensive research. I hate thin soft sheets. For me the perfect feel is like just ironed from the laundry ( which I don’t do).
