Used them today lol. Had my sold deed recorded to the new owner within a week, and already prepping the unit I sold yesterday. Told them to delay this one so I can use the unit in march since ownership begins in 2021 for the new owner. They move so quick lol

I have used them many times. Never a problem. Sometimes they are so busy I had to wait a month until they could get started but definitely worth the wait.

I am in the process of adding our sons to one of our DVC contracts, so they can also get AP discounts for their families. It's $230 to add the two names with LT Transfers. That includes looking up the deed (RTU) in Orange County. We are so happy to be able to do that for our boys for such a good price. The AP discount would have saved our son $800 for just him and his wife. That is huge savings.

also, you can look up the deed yourself and save 25 bucks lol. https://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/ search the date range your purchased and first and last name.
