On the old captcha I was stuck for quite a while until I found that I could tap the data entry point to bring up the keyboard then pinch open to expand the letters to the point that I could make them out since they had fairly good contrast. Also important is that the editable filed never lost focus so I could go back and forth expanding the character image and type it in without losing the keyboard and could take my time.Bigrob, I use Chrome and the captcha has found me. Actually, I think it is easier than the number/letter entry which I often got wrong on the first try. The big difference is where it is placed in the online reservation process.
Ira, I can’t imagine how you make reservations on your IPAD. I had problems with the number/letter entries on my 20-inch computer screen and I have fairly good vision. The pictures are definitely easier than the previous captcha would have been on a small screen. Hopefully you can find a way to make the new system work for you.
With the V2 Captcha I may be shooting myself in the foot but I am not getting the images every time it pops up. Some times I only have to check the box even on my IPAD using Safari.
