Lost & Searching (I want to buy - but where are the bargains)

Where have all the bargains gone? I've been looking for one of those red week, nondescript ones with the sub $400.00 MF for a year now. We used to get those for under a $1,000.00 easy now I'm not seeing anything. I guess I'm going to have to increase my budget.
 
there will likely be some later this fall with maint fees coming due around the first of the year! :D
 
i've noticed prices have gone up also. looking for a particular t/s now and can't believe what some sellers are asking. oh well. i'm not in a big hurry so i'll just keep looking.

That's really it. Having patience really pays off. I'm in no hurry either.
 
I guess it all depends on what you want?

There are always timeshares going for $100. I would give you one of mine that I always use for trading. I have noticed the really good ones have gone up in prices. Which I am happy to see. I do think they go down in November and December.

Sometimes I will bid on a timeshare, most of the time I dont win. But one time I didnt even make the reserve and the owner contacted me and thats how I got the Sands of Kahana. (of course be careful of that second chance offer and those slimmy scammers)
