Los Cabo’s golf resort
Studio unit at Los Cabo’s Golf resort free transfer I will pay fees! Unit contract is good thru 2029 Free unlimited golf while staying for the week at Los Cabo’s golf course for 2! Maintenance fees are $1400 including taxes and fees. Been going there for 20 years looking to try new places.
 
Does this mean that once contract ends, you are free and clear....no automatic roll over of ownership or other responsibilities to resort?
 
No, the contract ends after 2029. You will be free and clear. If you like to golf it’s great! Not the best course in Cabo, but I was playing 18 to 27 holes a day. Definitely worth it.
