Hi, I've been looking at HVC properties listed here on Tug for sale. I saw a couple of units at the Beach house in Fl that look interesting. One was listed as free but buyer to pay closing / transfer costs. Since I'm new to this type of transaction can anyone give me pointers on what to look out for? It seems the listings are the HRC not HPP which is fine. I definitely don't want to pay more than $1000 for a unit that has 2200 points. Just not sure what the pitfalls are. I am knowledgeable about MF but not sure the advantages of a floating vs fixed week. Advice?

$1000 for 2200 points will likely trigger the HRC ROFR.

More like $1000 for gold and $5000 for Diamond to avoid ROFR.
