We made a very large turkey and have plenty of left overs. I'm hoping some of you have great recipes you'd be willing to share.

Hi Liz - Just made one tonight using the last of our frozen turkey.

Turkey & Dressing Bake

1 pkg. Stovetop Stuffing (or leftover stuffing)

1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2. c. milk
1/2 t. poultry seasoning
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

2-3 c. of chopped cooked turkey
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. small broccoli florets (or any frozen or leftover veggie of your choice)

1. While you are chopping the onion and celery, cook one box of Stovetop Stuffing, according to directions.

2. Stir together the first 5 ingredients and fold in the turkey, onion, celery, and broccoli florets.

3. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 casserole.

4. Spread prepared dressing evenly over the top of turkey mixture.

5. Bake 30-45 min. or until veggies are done.

*Depending on the leftovers, I have also included a layer of mashed potatoes in the bottom of this casserole, and used leftover turkey gravy, instead of the cream of chicken soup. If you have leftover frozen dressing, you can use it instead of the boxed dressing.

Liz,

Take your best Beef Stroganoff recipe and use chunked turkey instead of the beef. I like that a lot.

Also, Look up recipies for Turkey Pot Pie, make it up, everything but baking it and freeze it. Then take it out and bake as recommended in the original recipe (after it has thawed in the fridge) YUMMY!

Turkey Tetraziny (I know I spelled that wrong) is always a treat.

I highly recommend www.cooks.com for recipies. I use it all the time. Look at a few different recipies for the same dish and pick and choose your favorite parts of each. Best meals ever!

Sorry I haven't given you any definitive recipies, but I think you get my drift.

Good luck!:whoopie:
