I am looking for the following inventory. I prefer we handle the closing and transfers at no cost to the sellers. If you choose your own company I would recommend one locally in Orlando FL promise they will be reputable then you’ll be responsible for all cost associated.
I will take them off your hands cover the closing and transfer. Better option then trying to go thru a exit relief company and pay them thousands to do exactly what we will. I actually have a institutional buyer who is looking for this inventory.
