Looking for resort with great pools

Any other Marriott or non-marriott good in CA?

As far as the palms, would you ever get a 3 bedroom if you own 2 bedrooms, and which would be better the Royal or Sable. ?

Newport Coast Villas are very nice and have great pools for kids and several activities in the area. The weather in April could be a little cooler and the ocean is very cold.

You can trade for a 3 BR at Imperial Palms with a 2 BR unit. I actually traded my Royal Palms to IP a few years ago. I also like Royal Palms, but have never stayed in Sabal. There are a lot of kids activities at the timeshare as well as the MWC resort.

With young children I fail to see a resort pool that beats Marriott Harbor Lakes. For young childred the resort and pools are perfect.

I agree with Newport Coast Villas. The pool isn't spectacular - no slides, etc. - but it is big (and heated) and sits high up on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. They have an arcade there and a great MAZE room with lots of children's activities. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are two great parks for kids and both are only about a 25 min. ride away.

Resorts with great pool

1) Marriott Maui Ocean Club
2) Marriott Ko Olina
3) Hyatt Coconut Plantation - Bonita Springs
4) Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch - San Antonio

The last resort may be easier to trade in to than you think. The resort has indoor and outdoor water slides. indoor and outdoor pools, and a lazy river. For kids there is a Sea World and a Six Flags amusement parks nearby. For adults there is the River Walk and the Alamo.
