Looking for guidance re: reducing/exiting WorldMark timeshare

The question is whether the account is permitted to transfer credits out since it is delinquent. If it is frozen, then if OP wants to recover some money, OP will need to pay off MF owed before credits are rented out. Timing is a big part of it since once past anniversary month, the account loses 75K credits.
 
If an Account is listed as delinquent in Loan Payment or Maintenance Fees you can not sell or transfer the Account. Nor can you sell or transfer Credits. Nor can you make Bookings.
