I am asking if anyone on this site has had any experience with Creative Consults LLC, Express Closing Firm, or Financial Recovery Advocates?
I want both positive and negative responses if anyone has dealt with these companies.
Thank you in advance.

If anyone has dealt with these companies with regard to a timeshare exit plan.

Scam.

They will ask you for money upfront. Then they will disappear. We are asked this question or similar virtually daily. Do a search on this blog for "exit company".

I don't know much about Wyndham, but you should start by determining whether they will accept a deedback.

You can often give Wyndham away on the TUG free timeshares forum...

From this group's Help & Advice section (Top of this page in darker blue banner);

Why pay a company big bucks to (maybe) do something you can do for free yourself? Have you posted it in the Free Giveaways section in these forums?
Of course whatever method you choose, the purchase loan needs to be paid off first, unless you decide to chance a credit hit and walk away.
