Looking for advice on whether or not to enroll my weeks in DC

I own two Marriott weeks. One is a Grande Ocean (ocean side view), and the other is Summit Watch. Both are Platinum season weeks, and both were purchased resale through a broker.

We use our Grande Ocean week every summer, and we plan on continuing to use it every summer for at least 10 more years. We hardly use the Summit Watch week any more, so we usually deposit it with II. Sometimes we get what we want, other times we don't. II is a pain.

Marriott wants $1,495 to enroll one week, $1,995 to enroll both weeks. After June 12th of this year, that goes up to $2,395 regardless of the number of weeks.

I am trying to decide if I should enroll one week, both weeks, not enroll at all and continue to use II for our Summit Watch week. Input most appreciated.

I would sell summit watch week (still can get good price) and keep grande ocean and forget about enroll in DC.
If you use your week each year and have no plan to exchange, you don't need DC.
Other people can chime in, but most people who joined DC have benefit when they enroll - saving exchange cost, use DC points for other places (for prime time).

I've been online w/ a customer service rep at Marriott. It seems like enrolling the Park City week is a good option if it is not used every year. Much more flexibility than exchanging with Interval. The unit is with 4,425 points. Now I need to see what that can actually buy each year. Also, I have no idea as to availability.
