Looking for advice for TS purchase

I did find one at the Hyatt Beach (Key West): Wk #52, 2br 2 bath, 2200 points, maintenance fees are $900.00. $15,000.00

That is too high but maybe I can watch this one for a little while and offer something lower. OR Come across another one.
