Is anyone else having trouble logging in at the Vacation Club website? I have been having trouble all week long.

Yep….it’s a no go for me.

Same here. Home screen just re-displays

yeah its down again. Good thing they promoted the head of IT to CEO

Thankfully I paid the last of our Marriott maintenance fees yesterday...

Worse yet, he is actually a finance guy and not really IT at all. Just that IT reported up to him. He can't save us....

I just did a presentation and respectfully declined after lamenting all the IT woes including being unable to waitlist, link accounts, and signing on. The representative was great. Went to the back to sign on and try to help us with a reservation but couldn't log on with his or the corporate account. You cannot write a better script. I am not spending anymore on the shambles which is MVC IT, that reduces the value or utility of their product to the point it is at now.

Working for me currently on Safari.

Yes, for a while anyway, the Owner website login and functionality I have checked so far is working this morning on my iPad with Safari.

Logged into our account few minutes ago to pay maintenance fees...just spins and times out after several attempts.

This is so frustrating! Although I have had only minor problems using the website to make reservations or pay maintenance fees, it is incomprehensible that MVC had not resolved all the website issues!

A few minutes ago I was able to log in and get to the maintenance/dues payment page. At first, the payment screen allowed me to enter the dollar amts, but there was no payment button to click on. I refreshed the page after a couple of minutes and then the option for payment by credit card appeared. Was able to enter all the payment info and I clicked on the "Make Payment" button...to no surprise...nothing happened. Call placed to owner services with no answer but was provided an option to get in a call-back queue and have someone return the call. There's no incentive for MVC to improve their IT operation or customer services. Once a person has made a resale or direct purchase, they're invested in MVC's system and MVC knows it's not easy/simple to get out and choose another system. So owners are constantly frustrated - whether it's trying to use online functionality or being on phone hold for lengthy periods of time.

This is from their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MarriottVacationClub). They seem to be somewhat responsive when people complain publicly on social media.
