Login Problem

Wyndham VIPF & PresRes, HVC/DRI (Gold), Quarter House, Resort on Cocoa Beach (2), HGVC Tuscany Village, HGVC South Beach, HGVC Parc Soleil, Pine Acres Lodge
I have been unable to log in to the HVC site. It responds with owners' names, contact info, and member number. Then this:

"NO ACCESS
We have no active membership or ownership for the credentials you supplied."

I tried filling out the Contact Us form but it won't send. Just sits there spinning.

Any ideas?
 
Can you log into HGVC side? And from there select HVC?
 
Yes, I can but I don't see a place to select HVC.

The reason I posted in the first place is it's not working for me. I'm happy it works for you but that doesn't help me a bit. I presume that some, maybe most, owners can log in. But, I can't. And it isn't a "this morning" thing.

Do or have both HGVC and HVC? I know they combined the portals a while back but I still have a different login for each system.
 
I only have HVC (formerly Diamond). I just tried logging in and get the following error:

Internal Server Error - Read​

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Do you have a phone number? I can't even submit their contact form. It just spins and spins.
This is the number for The Club points: 1-877-374-2582. I am not sure if you are in need of the number for points or weeks ownership but they should be able to point you in the right direction.

When you’re logged in on the HGVC side, try selecting your name, then “switch ownership.”

I have the same problem. No help when I call.
