The first things I would try is a different computer or browser or incognito session or a different login (if you have one). Or call and have a VC try to login to your account (when they are open). Lots of login issues all the time, try to determine if it's your account, your computer, or a system issue. I can login, so I'd try to determine if it's the computer and/or browser, go from there.
I'm not a fan of clearing my cookies, until I'm pretty certain it's my last resort (and an incognito session helps me determine if that's necessary). If I can login incognito - then I might clear my cookies.
