I was wondering if it is possible to lock off a unit using the my-vacationclub.com website. I have reserved my MGV week and have now decided to lock it off. I usually do this over the phone but would like to do it on line. I just can not figure out how to do so on the website. :crash: I'd appreciate some help. I'm working 7 days a week for the next two weeks and want to get this out of the way. Many thanks.

Here are the steps, as per my conversation with a Marriott rep:

My Reservations, Book Now, Marriott Deposit, Master Suite (CC number for Fee).

Then, go back to my reservations, book now, Marriott deposit, deluxe guest room, no fee.

I think once you have a reservation, the only way you can actually lock off is to call Owner Services. You can lock off online when making an initial reservation, but the website doesn't allow any changes/cancellations to any reservations. You have to call to do that.

I spoke to a MVC rep on Sunday and he informed me that lockoffs did have to be done on the phone. He said something about having to "cancel" the 2b2b and reserve the 1b + studio as separate reservations. Thanks
