Hello,
I'm new to the forum. I'm trying to locate a listing of Summit timeshares (Massanutten Resort,Va) that were sold in the past 6 -12 months. Do anyone know where I can find this kind of info?
thanks:rofl:

Welcome to TUG! :hi:

I don't think that info. is available here. TUG recently upgraded the system and we are now able to collect that kind of data, but we weren't in the past. Since prices are at an all time low right now, I'm not sure the Comps that are several mos. old would be very helpful anyway, because prices are so much lower now.

An owner at that resort may have an idea where to find Comps elsewhere. If you have an ebay account, searching ebay for completed auctions will sometimes provide the lowest Comps.

You could try checking with the county courthouse. Information like that is online in some jurisdictions, but there is sometimes a fee.

Ebay Week 1-52 Summit Sales

I bought a 4BR, 1-52 unit on ebay in June and have been keeping track of the prices on Ebay since then. Here they are. Prices include closing costs, resort notification, but not any required prepaid 2009 maintenance fees:

June 2008: 3500, 3600, 4800
July 2008: 4106
August 2008: 3600
Sep 2008: 3752, 3876, 3751
Oct 2008: 3049, 3125, 4599
Nov 2008: 4475

As I understand it, ebay prices tend to be lower than many private sales.

Good luck!

should enter that data on the review page for that resort on the sales history tab!
