Let's Play Connections

By the skin of my teeth. I’ve wondered the same thing Sandi. I often get the blue or purple first and struggle with the green and yellow.

Perfect score today. I knew the purple but was puzzled until light bulb went on.

In the interest of saving time, I just skipped the chipping away phase! Well, I actually got the yellow category but that was all.
 
Bombed and I was way off on my thinking. I only got the yellow.
 
It took me awhile after my first yellow group. Fortunately I was not thinking fashion for the blue group Never would have guessed or known the purple one.

I have to chime in here. I got in order blue, yellow, purple, green. My reasoning for purple was they all go with cat! And the green connection was just dumb.
 
I was great, but I cheated. I had no idea what two of the words were so I asked Mr. Google for help.
 
I‘m blaming my lack of success today on Idalia. She blew me away! :doh:
