A very fast Perfect today and I new them all. Purple was second today.

I actually saw purple first, and then set it aside because it was too easy for me and I figured the words might fit elsewhere and be one of the decoys that so often mess me up. Second time in a few days I really only had half the purple answer. The other day it was “homonyms”, but I didn’t get the English major crap that followed. Today I didn’t get the “out loud” specification — they were just games. Although if pressed as not being specific enough I could have done it. I think as a kid I might have said UNO! out loud if that was the rule, but Cliff and I played lots of Uno during the pandemic and didn’t abide by that rule.

Agree, outloud is not important to that category!
Quick one, I didn't specifically see blue, but as a default, felt the names could go together (and phew, they did).

very clever! i had to think long and hard about this one. Finally the light came on.

Cute theme. Blue jumped out for me right away.

Took me a long while to get going. I actually used journalism (yellow), beret (raspberry), whale (white), jay(blue) as my first wrong answer without realizing the actual connection really did have to do with colors. Then I tried to cobble emojis together for my next guess. Then I stared and stared before the real connections started to come together. Notice how they matched the words to the puzzle color categories? Cute!

I got the theme right away, but didn’t think it would be the whole thing. Something’s had two possibilities- like beret

A Pefect today. Took a while but went quick when I saw it.

I bombed out. Saw the green early on but couldn’t get it to work. Then saw the purple but picked a wrong word to include. Blue I didn’t see at all.

A lucky Perfect today with Purple by default. I luckily got Blue and the rest fell into place.

Bombed today and yesterday :-(

Yesterday was cute and I saw the colors, but didn't know enough but enough to complete correctly (I only got the BLUE (blue moon, etc....). I was looking for emojis, too! And no, didn't notice the color matching categories - good catch (aren't they cute)!

Today, ugggg. I fat fingered for my first miss, but didn't matter anyways, I only had yellow.

Really rocky start, then purple first. At one “point” I realized the word I was seeing actually had a double letter where I was seeing a more common word. Had to look the word up. Ended up getting all the connections.
