I just realized I was going connections when I was teaching in the ninties.
I would make a list of words and they had to break them into categories
For example, a book set in Australia, I would have a list of vocabulary words: some were animals, plants, geography, geology etc
Another books I had words with onomatopoeia, etc.
I should have developed this and sold it to New York Times

Since I tried to figure out what the heck DISCOG was, I actually got PURPLE first today....then got the rest of them.

And blue for the wrong reasons, but it worked.

Not a 'Shining person' nor do I know much about what goes in what drink, I was guessing something along the lines of martini's (drink requests) and threw in the oil cause it was the best guess for a 4th. Lucky, for sure!

Couldn't do it today. I had the category for yellow, but didn't put the correct 4 together. Not close on the purple even though the picture looks like I was.
