Legal action for Westin renting out units less than MFs paid by owners ?

Has anyone been contacted by some group (PCE ?) that is saying Vistana is renting out units at less than MF dues owners pay? This group has invited me to go to a meeting next week where they want to explain what our legal options / protections are about this - i.e. saying it is illegal for Vistana to do this since none of the profits goes back to the owners.

Please. You know that it is perfectly legal for them to do so.
 
It's a scam. Trying to separate you from your money. If you didn't own Westin, the timeshare name would be replaced by whatever you did own.
 
Not only a scam but a scam by a company doing their best to remain unknown to victims. They use acronyms to confuse people. They are supposedly “Property Counsel Education” which has no hits on google.

I don't really see a problem here. Marriott owns units and the pay maintenance fees just like we do on those units. If I want to rent the unit for a loss just to get something back I can, and so can they. People can be mad at me for bringing the rental market down but I don't think they can sue me.
 
Thanks assumed it was probably a SCAM just was curious if others had been contacted in this way.
