Why are people who own points , are selling so cheap.
It seems that , now that the Marriott has because the manger of the welk, people seems to be running for hills.

I own a fix unit , I have no idea what that means to others who own fix week. Can someone give more information on this subject.

I was just at the Welk in Palm Springs…which many here have noted is probably not up to Hyatt standards.
The place is on pause. The staff seems numb and it’s clear there is no maintenance going on.
Would love to hear from some of the Welk experts who might have more intel.

I am new to the forum. I also own Welk, fixed unit size (lockoff) and had to convert to points - every other year usage. I have not heard any more about Marriott's involvement.
We are considering to sell back or outright sell just because we don't travel much anymore (this was prior to pandemic changes). Is this the forum to do that?

You can post your timeshare for sale in TUG Marketplace or on Bargain Deals thread here on TUG, but it should be free or nearly free for Bargain Deals.

The indecision on what is going on with Welk will keep buyers at bay for a bit. I would wait and sell after more information is known. If this turns out to be an easy entry into a major hotel system, I would bet your ownership will suddenly gain value.
