Lawai Beach Resort

Considering a purchase of a Coral building unit a the Lawai Beach Resort. Can someone tell me about the placement of the building in relation to the resort and ocean? Also, are there elevators at the resort? Thank you.

I wouldn't buy in the Coral Bldg: The lower floors of the Coral building are behind the restaurant across the street and many units don't have any view. It's also extremely loud very early in the morning and all day long, because it's also close to the public parking lot which is full of cars and people all day and into the evening. Not only do people park there, but there is a lot of hanging out there. It's also right next to the main entrance of the resort, where there is a lot of traffic all the time.

We bought into the Coral bldg and have had fine experiences.
If you book early you can pick your room assignment.
We are booking for 2025 now.
We get the top floor rooms nearer the center of the complex so there is an ocean view.
There is elevators. You are next to the parking garage and the rooftop amenities. Noise never bothered us.

Late reservations/Low floors: probably a different story as Denise says and no view except for the pool view.
