I noticed it's the seller's first ebay sale. They obviously have no clue as to what the resale market is like in today's economy. I bet they believe the hype that their TS is an 'investment' and can be sold for a profit.

oh well.......

We always preach "buy resale" on this site; I might just do that and ask if he has two at that price. :)

It's actualy kinda sad! I see these ads all the time on eBay where a first-time seller is asking Developer prices for a timeshare, when Comps are selling for a few hundred dollars at best. You just know they got suckered in, drank the Kool-aid and came home from vacation with a $30,000 commitment they probably can't afford. and then eventually realize they can't get but pennies on the dollar RT

Danette, when did you buy at the Welk? We toured there a couple of years ago, and they were asking something like $35,000 for every-year lock-offs. (Of course, I still think there's no chance that the seller will get anything like $30,000 for this unit.)

It was last June (just before TUG, but too late to rescind :) ) and ended up between $13-14K for 240K point eoy.
