Last minute Points used in RCI, but points are still showing in HGVC account

Help! I had 4800 saved points from last year that I had to do something with so I booked an HGVC property in RCI that was 4300 points. I figured after the transaction my points would be removed form my HGVC account but it's still showing that I have the 4800 saved points for 2024. Does anyone know what could be going on or if it takes a few days to remove them from my account? It allows me to book other vacations which is odd to me.

When did you make the RCI booking? It takes a few days because it is a manual process.
