Long discussions such as this one make it very difficult for Madge to pick out a specific question or questions to answer. Further, most of this discussion is outside of the purpose of this forum, which is only for questions directed to RCI.
Lastly, Madge responds to questions in the order posted, based on the date of the last post in the thread. Thus, I am closing this thread. If someone has a specific question to ask of Madge, please start a new thread. It will be answered as early as any question posed in this thread.
Those wishing to discuss issues raised in this forum should start new threads on the Exchanging forum to do so.
