Likely heading to Vegas soon...
What are the usual prices for show tickets folks have paid for Cirque shows? Others (BMG or Jabbakoweecz or others)?
What websites would you recommend for cheaper tickets (but not get scammed)? (no TS owner updates as HGVC PNG Elite status here)...
Any family friendly shows you liked/recommend?
TY!

Don't forget you can use your Chase Sapphire Reserve credit on Stub Hub. ;) I used it to buy tickets to see John Fogerty in March 2026 and it worked perfectly.

Try Vegas.com for show tickets. They also have “tix for tonight” booths at various spots on the strip where you can buy tickets the day of the show. However, they may have a limited number of seats available, especially for the more popular shows. Have a great time!

Yes pls; exploring....
Looks like prices for some of the tkts significantly cheaper at Vegas.com vs Stubhub.com for same date (although not same tkts, as Vegas/com has a much higher inventory, at least for some dates/shows I was looking)...
Happy to get others insights though!
TY!

One of my very favorite Cirque shows is "Mystere". It's been there for so long that there might be good prices on it. It's one of the few shows I've seen multiple times. "O" was amazing but almost too much for me.

Good recommendation, for some reason I haven’t seen Mystere yet…. I think it is because it wasn’t playing the nights I was there. I’ve seen Ka, O, and the closed up Beatles show.
I agree that O was a little too much, not my favorite show and quite pricey. Many people adore O though. I much preferred Ka which had a very unique stage gimmick.

Never have seen Ka. While I enjoyed the Beatles one it was my least favorite. I enjoyed the ones with original music and more acrobatics. We saw quite a few of the traveling shows.

Ka would be right up your alley. The acrobatics and the moving stage are really cool. While it has a “story,” the story is really loose and doesn’t take away from the amazing acrobats in the show.

I know there was a reason we never saw Ka, but I don't remember what it was.

I've been happy with Vegas.com, though you should always check your players account. I've regularly gotten offers for Donny and Caesars concerts from the Caesars Rewards kiosk.
As for quality shows, Penn & Teller is always a classic, Piff the Magic Dragon is a fun show. If you are good with a more adult Cirque show, then Atomic Saloon Show is can be great fun at a very good value. Mad Apple is a fun value Cirque show, and very accessible theme wise. If you take an Uber from the strip, some time at Omega Mart and Area 15 can be quite fun. If you enjoy haunted houses, they just opened up a Universal haunted house attraction.

If you are thinking of doing multiple cirque shows it can be worth it to buy direct. I’ve usually gotten an offer immediately afterwards to attend another within the next few days for a hefty discount. Not sure if they still do this (last show I saw was in 2023) but might be good to see if others have had similar experiences.

We have a trip planned for December and we're now planning to see "Wizard of Oz" at Sphere. Having seen the Eagles there, the venue is simply amazing. And I'e read very good things about their treatment of Wizard. As there are still plenty of seats left, I am waiting for a drop of some StubHub listings and going to use that for the $150 CSR credit.

And we're having dinner at Hell's Kitchen for the CSR $150 dining credit :)

But "Wizard of Oz" is likely to be a great kid-friendly event.

Cheers.

StubHub listings and going to use that for the $150 CSR credit.
Prices at stubhub were substantially higher for the cirque/Vegas listings as compared to Vegas/com, for dates/shows I looked at; hope your experience is better!

This is a Ticketmaster event, so I'm not sure that Vegas.com will have them. But I know the TM prices and, as the date gets closer, some of these will drop since people will lose all if they don't sell for something.

Cheers.

Saw Carrot Top with teenage son in August. We enjoyed it and saw an entertainer from "your time" as he put it. Saw the 45 min earth show at the sphere. As cool as it is inside 45 mins was too long for young kiddos in front of me. They were more interested in the snacks. Having a view of the sphere from wherever your staying is the true gem in my opinion.

Vegas.com DOES have these listings (& prices were around 120-140 for Wizard of Oz at Sphere there, when I saw (although not planning to see this one).
(Prices were lower at TM for Eagles/Sphere tickets rather than at Stubhub, for far better seats too...)

Interesting. Thanks. If I do do this, I'd need to find a different use for the CSR credit. I do buy a lot of concert tickets, but I usually get them during the presale. Maybe I should have waited on the AC/DC tickets as there are still plenty left. StubHub with $150 off probably still beats TM for the one show per half when I'd use this. Byut maybe Wizard is not the best use based on your input.

Edit: On a quick check for our date, Vegas.com is similar to StubHub (maybe a bit higher overall) and still well above TM. In this situation, the $150 on SH is looking goo. But we're still 3 weeks away, so I'm gonna wait it out as there are still lots of listings. Still, Vegas.com and StubHub look comparable at this point.

Cheers.

*I looked up Eagles/Sphere, not wizard of oz/Sphere on TM vs SH.... May take a look for your desired dates to see, as you never know... These Algos are funny, and you may get a sweet spot on SH...

+ Many dates were significantly cheaper via TM/cirque direct vs SH; some very comaprable at Vegas.com also; SH was much higher. Was cheaper to buy 3 tkts directly rather than buying thru SH, despite the SH 150$ credit...
SH may be helpful for last minute tkts, someone is trying to get rid of & one may snag opportunistically but likely not good for planning something organically months out unless one gets a sweet spot...
I usually get them during the presale
This!
Eagles/Sphere presale was 175 at lowest.
Lowest via TM currently is 300 for front section tkts
lowest via SH is 260-300 for, far in the back tkts..
They do have a presale for some final March'26 dates later this week, for someone interested...

We've seen this show and it is well worth it for Eagles fans.

Cheers.

I've used vegas.com multiple times with good results. Some folks I know have used the Ticket 4 Tonite kiosks that are around the strip with no issues, but I have no experience with them.

Piff the Magic Dragon is a good family show. Penn and Teller as well, although I don't think younger kids would appreciate them. Early teens would like Tournament of Kings at Excalibur. Maybe Potted Potter if your family is into Harry Potter. Battlebots if you have teenage boys. Carrot Top is a bit more mature, but he's hilarious if you like his style of comedy and very reasonably priced.

It’s not a show but the Neon Museum is great! They get many of the old Vegas neon signs and display them on their property. Buy tickets for evening as you see the old signs lit up and you have a docent that tells you Vegas history. Get your tickets early as they sell out pretty quickly.
