Las Vegas Club de Soleil vs. Westgate Flamingo Bay Club

These 2 resorts have large units availble for the dates I need in October. Any suggestions on which is nicer. My wife be teaching at a conference on West Warm Springs Road the first few days and it looks like Club De Soleil is a little closer.

I stayed at Club in 2004 and Westgate this past December. Club is closer to the strip but I thought the Westagte was much nicer. Westagte is 3 miles from the strip near the RIO and PAlms...I think either are fine but if I had to pick I would pick the westgate

We liked the Westgate. The 2 bedroom units are pretty nice. We had them change our unit in front by the highway to one farther away from the highway. We would have no problem staying there again.

Only stayed at Westgate. But we love it their. So much so, that we bought one. Resale of course from tug member.

Club de Soleil may be closer to the Strip but we were disappointed when we stayed there three years ago. Crowded buildings, no space, no view, indifferent staff. We have not stayed at Westgate but the distance does not matter as both resorts provide a shuttle service to the strip. Have you tried Monarch or Tahiti Village, both offer more amenities.

We have stayed at the Marriot, at our owership at the Cliffs and at our newer ownership at Summer that is getting changed with a new location and upgrades.

They are in MO all nice resorts when the changes are made to summer bay.
