Hi! I confess to know next to nothing about Vegas! Can you provide a few details about your listing and about the location of this Resort? Like, is it located close enough to the Bellagio to walk back and forth safely at night, or should we budget on taxi or Uber or something else? And, about the room, described as a 1 Bedroom Standard, can you provide a few details, such as: does the room have a true separation between the bedroom space and the LR space (like a door?), and does the bedroom space have TV in it?, and what size bed can we expect in the bedroom space? And about the kitchen, it has a full fridge, but what else? Is there a sink? Is there a coffeemaker? Is there a microwave? Are there any dishes and glassware and stuff ? And what about the bathroom? Can you advise if the bathroom space will have a separate shower and bathtub? Also, what about additional expenses? Will we be asked to pay a Resort Fee at check-in? Will there be a fee for access to high speed wireless internet? How about valet parking? We will need it unless we can park reasonably close! Thank you!

I cant make claims about someone else's safety to avoid liability, but use common sense?

Should we budget on taxi or Uber or something else?
IMO I always budget for transportation in Vegas whether it be drinking or knowing that 1 block = a mile

Bluegreen refers to the room as 1 Bedroom Standard. You can see the layout and TVs in the image.
Choice Hotels does a better job providing the room's actual photos and features.

No. This location does not charge resort fees.

I assume there is no fee but I would call the resort to confirm.

How about valet parking? We will need it unless we can park reasonably close!
There is a free self parking lot provided onsite. No valet its self parking.

Totally understandable if you've never been to Vegas.

If you decide on the stay; I can drop the price to $500 to account for the last minute check in (and offsetting transportation to get around lbs)

Please pardon my failure to not post a big THANK YOU for taking the time to provide answers to my many questions before today!.
We decided to book at the Bellagio and to not rent a car. My wife is not yet able to walk very far, so when the Uber guy dropped us off in front of the Hotel, we walked up to the Customer Service desk, wife walking with the assistance of some kind of a kneel-on scooter thingy, and we asked for a room and they had an Accessible Room available. What great luck!

I hope that you had success renting your Bluegreen Club property out! (BTW, we loved our stay at the Bluegreen property in Lincoln, New Hampshire, and we hope to return there. You should check it out. The 1 BR Unit had 2- 3/4 baths (shower only!) and a beautiful full kitchen and wide open floor plan with giant TV and fireplace, easily visible from the kitchen space. Also, the condo was equipped with double hung windows in the LR and the bedroom which opened up easily to allow fresh air to enter the Condo! It was a delight. The only negative was the height of the bed! My wife needed a stool to climb into bed, and she is not tiny! LOL!
