Has anyone been here lately? How was it?

Do you know if you get the unit on your confirmation?

Do you know where unit 42 is located?

Thanks

Nancy

We stayed at Las Olas last year in September. It is a nice resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. I don't remember the unit number we stayed in but some units face the ocean and some face the pool.

I loved our stay there. Can't remember which units faced the ocean either. they are large units, very nice.

You could call the resort and they could tell you whether unit 42 has an oceanview or not.

We owned at Las Olas for several years and still own at Las Olas Satellite. We can trade into Cocoa Beach and have done so last year and will do so next year. Your RCI confirmation says that the unit is not guaranteed and I know that they always give owners who own ocean front and are doing an internal exchange the ocean front units. The resort is managed by family of the developer and the staff has been there for years. They take very high pride in their resort and are very friendly. You can certainly call and ask for a ocean front and they will be honest in telling you your chances for the particular week you want. The pool is small but so is the complex. Most folks set up on the beach for the day. It is quite safe to set up umbrellas and chairs on the beach and leave them to go back to the pool for a while. You are within walking distance of the pier. The units are large and very clean. Even the units overlooking the pool are nice. 42 would overlook the pool. You can go to www.beachclubs.com or google Las Olas Cocoa for good info.

Thanks

Thanks for all of the replies. Although I'd prefer oceanfront (who wouldn't) I don't really get too worked up about where unit is located. Just wanted to be sure this was an okay place. We go to the Cocoa Beach area about every year or so about the same time for a week.

Thanks again
Nancy
