I will definitely let you know how it goes if we make it there. I wanted to plan for the first week of our trip in case we need to reschedule, just like you are doing.

Update: We rescheduled the Lanai Taxi pickup for this Thursday, 3/9, and called the Lanai Ferry to book our seats, and were told that there won't be a return ferry at 2:30 PM on Thursday, which is the time we wanted to come back. So we cancelled the taxi. The weather is supposed to be rainy on Tuesday and Wednesday, so Thursday would have been the best day. We don't want to be gone all day Friday since it is our last day here on the island, so it looks like we won't be able to go to the sanctuary unless the weather improves.

It doesn't sound good for weather. There's supposed to be 2 cold fronts coming through bringing wind and rain.
