I am looking for a website that has one large rental house or several smaller one's for our family reunion group of about 30 people for next summer.

I appreciate that they're not timeshares, but would appreciate your help anyways.

tahoe rental companies

I've done a couple of group trips utilizing rental houses in South Lake Tahoe. The last one was 5-6 years ago and I used www.Tahoe-Estates.com and a few years earlier: Tahoe Rental Connection. Both provided good service.
There's a wide variety of houses available for rent so you need to sort through the options and decide what is important to you. We were out all day and didn't spend much time at the houses so we went for inexpensive. We were in houses that were older without any pools or hot tubs, etc. However, there are others available on the lake with lots of amenities. In each case, I called the company and asked for their advise and they were very helpful in sorting out the different options and locations.
