You can take the bus - no transfer and very short walk. Be mindful of how much you are buying and if taking the bus take more people to cary bags or just take a cab back. Be aware there are vendors there and will try to get you to "sign up"

Is is interesting to see the different brands and if you dont know alot of Spanish shopping is an adventure!

There should be taxis or a taxi stand at the Costco. So take the bus over and a taxi back. The driver may not speak much English. Make sure you agree upon a fare before you get in the taxi. They know where the Westin Lagunamar is.

Also Lagunamar had (last March, and may still have) a deal with a local Walmart-owned grocery store. I didn't like it and wouldn't go there again. It was small and did not have the selection that WalMart, Costco, or Soriana has.
