I have not heard one person saying what they paid was not worth it. It is a given the performance is worth the cost.

My question is about the seating. Is the front & center section @ $119.28 (adult price) that much better than the catergory 1 sections @ $103.31 (adult price) than the catergory 2 section @ $84.14 knowing there is not a bad seat in the house?

I am awaiting input from people who have attended a La Nouba performance.

Let me be the first.
Although I know I'm in the minority, our family found this show to be overrated. Some stunt people, acrobats (many wearing a harness), and that's about the extent of it.
We really tried to like this show, and maybe we were just expecting too much.

This was a few years back, so unfortunately I don't remember the seating categories in order to answer your question.

Cheap Seats

Hi Frenchieinme,

Just saw it for the second time in August.

We love this show. Part Broadway. Part Circus. If you evaluate it as either one exclusively I can see why one may be disappointed.

This is for people that have a creative bent. Concrete thinkers sit through the whole thing saying "Huh?"

As far as seats. We sat in the cheap seats. Sight lines are good. With 6 tickets it wasn't worth it to us to pay more.

We kind of prefer the birds eye view.

Bottom line. We did not leave wishing we would have sat closer.

Be sure to let us know what you decide and think.

Hi frenchie!
Peter and I saw this show and loved it. I don't think it's necessary to spring for the highest cost seats...the views are good all over.

The first time I saw the show, I bought the best tickets, but since then, I get mid range tickets. It is hard to explain to people, but there are no bad seats. I prefer center seats or up to 30' off center. I like being about 10 -15 rows up from the floor seats. These are the best for the least seats.

Saw the show several yrs ago and loved it. Sat in balcony. I like viewing from above rather than stage level because I think I can see the whole stage at one time. Hope yopu enjoy it as much as I did.

We saw this show a couple of years ago and it was my favorite thing we did in DW.

We had category 2 seats (there was a discount at that time for AP holders). We were in the center just a couple of rows up for this section. If I could have my pick of seats this would be what I would choose. At times the performers would come in the audience and they would be in the aisle between the Category 1 and 2. If you were in Category 1 they would be behind you.

seating

I purchased seats last week for MArch 2007. When I selected my date and price plan it gave me seats in the last row of that plan. It saves those seats for 10 min for purchase. I hit the back key and selected again. The funny thing was it gave me 2 new seats closer. I did this around 10 times and I ended up in the 4 row on an end seat.

Great Show!

We loved it when we saw it a few years back. I can echo everything that others have said.

If you don't mind being far away from the action then try the cheapest seats. We were mid range and they were great!!

You'll love it. Let us know what you think once you get back.

We went summer of 05 w/ 2 teens. They were glad we weren't sitting right near stage. We were 3 rows behind 1st section. There were performers in the area between the 2 sections. Hope that makes sense. We loved the show- teens really liked it- sure is different- have fun
