One reads often the negative experiences of resale transactions. I would like to report my great experience and hope that it will not be construed as advertising.
Frist contact regarding a resale Grande Chateau 3BR EOYE unit with The Timeshare Group, LLC on January 14.
After a brief email exchange regarding price, I received the contract per DocuSign within 1/2 hour. After an hour things were on the way !
Documents sent to Marriott on the 15th, passed ROFR on the 20th.
Electronic registry of deed on the 21st.
Notified today from Marriott Owner Modification and 5 minutes later from The Timeshare Group, LLC that everything has been completed.
Exactly two weeks (almost to the hour) from first contact to full execution.
An extremely satisfying experience and with perfect communication !
