Koolina Resale , got owner's number from MVC

We got an email from MVC giving us our owner's number. The whole process of our purchase took a mere 2.5 months. The whole transaction from beginning to end was smooth sailing. Thanks to Mr Syed Sarmad of Advantage Vacation; Kelly Robinson of Quality Timeshare Closings Inc and Cari Kawachi of Old Republic Title.
We are now new EOY owners of Marriott KoOlina. :whoopie:

Told my husband, our next visit, we will not be looking out to the barbecue grills, although I enjoyed watching everyone grilled their food and the kids will not be looking out to the parked cars anymore . Regardless, we really loved our first visit , the reason why we bought in to the property.

My next ordeal is how to book my week in 2017. I have no clue

Congratulations on your purchase! Ko Olina is a great property and I am happy for you.

For 2017, as a single week owner, you will want to call exactly at 6amPT twelve months out, so that you can get the desired week. Summer weeks will be toughest to get, (or Spring Break weeks) -- either way, plan on calling exactly at 6amPT. The Atomic Clock is your friend, as TUG searches will tell you.

If you have two Marriott weeks, then 13-months out becomes an option for you......

Within a few weeks, you'll get info on how to login to your account. From there you'll see how to reserve your 2017 week, although you can't until 12 months before the week you want to reserve.

Congratulations on your purchase. We did the same thing with an even year unit a couple years ago and love the resort. Can't wait to be there again in June.

As noted by others, plan ahead and call at 12 months out to make sure you get what you want.
