On our recent trip to the Point at Poipu I tried acupuncture for the first time.
I had right rotator cuff surgery 8 years ago and my shoulder was getting less and less flexible to the point I couldn't raise my arm above horizontal.!!
With a single session of acupuncture I could raise my right arm above my head--first time in several years.
