My daughter loves hers. She started off with just the attachment and the roommate’s KitchenAid. She ended up buying a KitchenAid to go with the attachment when she moved!
If you have any interest in making your own sausage, definitely get the grinder attachment as well.
Sometimes you see package attachment deals on sale at warehouse stores around the Christmas holidays.
Personally, I have the glass mixing bowl on my wish list.

My son in law loves the straight pasta attachment I got him for Xmas a few years ago. This year my daughter asked for the tubed shape pasta attachment, but they haven't been as successful with them. They think the tubed need a thinner more pliable dough recipe.
