I personally like Phase 3 buildings the most (building 23, 24, 25) but have not stayed at Phase 1 or 2. I probably would prefer phase 2 over phase 1 as I really don't want or need a location close to the main pool.

What are your favorite buildings.

Phase 1 3BR ground floor.

We just checked out. We were on a VIP package and had no choice but to stay in phase 2 (Bldg 22). Convenient to the main building/pool but I did not like the building overall. Last time we were in phase 1 (Bldg 7) and the rooms were the depth of the building, so it was "motel style" where entered/exited your unit directly from the outside which allowed the second bedroom to have an outside window, which they did not in Bldg 22. Half the units in the building had a view of the parking lot, and those of us on the back side had a nicer view but the highway (and highway noise) was still there. The unit was overall smaller and instead of two outdoor couches we had two wicker chairs on the balcony. Living room couch was also awkward (very low back). It also seemed like the grills were more convenient in Bldg 7 but that may just be where our unit was in the bldg.

We like phase 2 buildings 21/22, two bedroom STD ground floor, for the point savings, we can stay longer. The lesser quality furnishings and no window on bedroom 2 are not an issue for us. We have even used the one bedroom on the parking lot side, albeit the top floor unit. The parking lot is nicely landscaped with trees so it's not stark open like some, and no dumpsters.

We like being close to the main pool, I enjoy the free water aerobics class. The adult pools are nice, not as crowded as the phase 2 and phase 3 mini pools.

I like building 24 top floor golf (goat) view the best so far
I will say the goats (bldg 22) were way more entertaining than the NeNes (blding 7)

I wondered how the mini pools were. Thus far we've stuck to the main pool but wondered if we'd be happy with the smaller pools- they had some nice atmospherics to them.

smaller pools are hit or miss depending on how many other people decide to visit the smaller pools. But they are equally good, just mini versions of the large clubhouse pool.

Phase 1, building 3 or 4, 1BR, first floor. Look at, listen to and walk right out to the Serenity Pool at will.

Cheers.

I must have missed that. is it adults only?

The small pool neare building 24/25 always seems to have kids in it and could be loud at some times

It's not, but it is not generally very busy earlier in the day. It can get a little busier in the evening. But never seems too boisterous.

Cheers.

I think its in theory the "Quiet Pool"... so not adults only, but not supposed to have people or kids throwing balls or other stuff around..

Well, it is called the Serenity Pool :)

Never seen pool toys when we've been there.

It also has the grills for buildings 3 and 4, so there will be people in the pool deck area at night grilling. We do that most of our nights there and it's very convenient to just walk out to the grills and back to the lanai.

Cheers.
