Kind of a possibly dumb question

This site is so well utilized by owners...I'm wondering why there isnt an exchange thread on the board somewhere (or if there is...where it is). In other words...if someone owns a timeshare in Fla...they could post it and put in a request for another area with the specified timeframe wanted...and simply trade with another TUG member. It would probably work best if utilized by points owners hooking up to exchange with weeks owners. For instance...someone has a week at Disney that I want...and I book where they desire (since I'm points). Kind of bypass all the RCI nonsense, exchange fees, and membership costs. I know it would involve a bit of trust on the part of the owners...but that's true of renting too. Just curious.
 
Not a dumb question at all- there is a direct exchange board here on Tug- on the classifieds I think??
