Key west - reasonable priced restaurants?

We are off to Key West. Looking for recommendations on reasonably priced restaurants. We are staying @ Hyatt beach House. No car but can walk or do taxis. friends we are going with don't want to do the cook in the room thing.

While there are not many restaurants that are in walking distance of HBH (considered New Town area), there are a boat load of options in the Old Town area of KW. Without know what your definition of "reasonably priced" is, I'd suggest you jump over to Trip Advisor - TA is a great source for restaurant recommendations and rankings/reviews. There's even a TA thread that just lists the multitude of Happy Hour choices - Alonzo's, Boathouse, Kelly's are a few of the popular ones. Selecting a place to eat will be your biggest problem in KW as the options are soooo numerous.

I was there a few days ago. I had a great, casual, meal at "The Cafe", which should be a ~10-15 minute walk from Hyatt. I found it on Yelp, and the reviews were (for once) accurate. I had the blackened grouper sandwich, and it was excellent.

One of the better meals that we had was at an Italian restaurant called Abbondanza. It's on Simonton St. Very good, clean, nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.
