has anyone with the one cup coffee makers every reuse the coffee container again, say the next day and did it work, did the coffee taste OK.. not taste OK..

just wondering cause its almost the same price as going to starbucks..

plus best place to buy the containers of gold,,, er coffee...:(

Try it out, and see. For me, the second cup the next day would be too weak.

However, I will do two cycles into one cup (using the same k-cup), and that works for me. I think the first dose by itself is pretty strong for my taste, and that's even on the large cup setting.

i don't have one, my MIL got one and that got me to wondering...

They make refillable- reusable k-cups. Just get one of those and put your regular ground coffee in it. You can adjust the flavor by what kind/how much coffee to put in it. These have been reviewed here before. Do a search.

great stocking stuffers

DH won a wonderful Keurig basket (maker, K cups, mugs etc.) at a raffle at the dog show. He bought his DIY K cup maker at Bed, Bath and Beyond. The people who made up the basket said it was a good place to buy the cups using the 20%
off coupons.

Last week he won about $60 free coffee for his Melita from Coffee Giant. They were giving away one free order an hour.

I just bought 80 K-Cups of Folgers 100% Columbian "Gourmet Roast" at Sam's Club for $38. They are marked "medium roast" but I find them strong. I do a double cup of 7-1/2 ounce (medium) cup and put it in a large insulated tumbler. That works well for me, and really brings the price down.
