I just got a letter from Ke Nani Kai. It is my first ever special assignment. A one time fee of $84.00 per week for a new roof. I only own one week so $84.00.

Yep, it was just raised to $710 a month.

Rainy day today but I can enjoy the lanai. Even more since I just vm leaned it and the lanai Closet. Lol

It's average on Molokai and much bigger than our 328 sqft apartment we had on Oahu. Lol

It's all pretty open and it's actually the perfect size for us.
