Just arrived a few minures ago

2013 will be a very busy year at your island home. We are extremely excited about the refurbishment that will begin in August and scheduled to be completed in April of 2014.

Enhancements include new fixtures and lighting as well as the replacement of the couch that fronts the wall-bed.

The bathrooms will be completely renovated. Based on Owner feedback, the bath tub on the kitchenette side of the villa will be transformed into a walk in shower.

The villa colors will be brighter and tropical themed. Below are samples of the final designs.

Exciting changes. Are you able to include any photos that show what the new colors and design will look like?

I don't understand. We just came back and stayed in a one bedroom unit in the Nounou building that was obviously recently refurbished. New carpets, new appliances (tiny as they were), new TVs, new (not very useful, the unit was dark) lighting fixtures.

The last night we stayed in a lockoff, ocean front, that had also appeared to have been already refurbished.

I don't understand. We just came back and stayed in a one bedroom unit in the Nounou building that was obviously recently refurbished. New carpets, new appliances (tiny as they were), new TVs, new (not very useful, the unit was dark) lighting fixtures.

The last night we stayed in a lockoff, ocean front, that had also appeared to have been already refurbished.

Those units were probably at the end of the last refurb cycle and will probably be the last with the new style.
