Kauai Beach Villas 2 br info, please

I have a KBV 2 BR, 2 bath unit on hold. RCI guide told me it was one of the 1400 sf units. Can anyone tell me if that means it is oceanfront and possibly a renovated unit? The other 2 BR available he offered me was only an 800+ sf unit.

I own at KBV. To my knowledge, all the 2br units are 2ba, and are 1400 sf. I don't know of any 2br units that are 800 sf.

The 2br 2ba units come in two view types: Ocean view and lagoon view. Odds are good that it's likely a lagoon view unit, which are more common. That would mean it looks inward instead of outward. Still nice to stay in, but not the same as an ocean view unit.

If you can find out the unit number, we can tell you which way it faces.

I agree, all the 2 bedroom KBV units are the same size. The lagoon views are nice, too---although ocean view would certainly be great to exchange into. If the unit isn't fully renovated, it'll still be nice, it just won't have the pergo floors in the kitchen and bathrooms.

There are 3 floor plans at the resort, but only one of them is a 2 bdm. There is a 1 bdm. 2 BATH floor plan - I wonder if that is what he was looking at?
