hey tuggers, I picked up a gold 2/2 at ocean pointe for $3000.00 oceanside, hopefully it goes thruogh... will keep you post it. I bought it from our board, sold by the timeshare network, will let you know how goes......

This is the one resort we return to every year. I have another EOY ownership in Branson that is the only other strictly personal use resort but, Ocean Pointe is our favorite. There has been only one year since 2001 when we have not been in residence at Ocean Pointe and we both still consider that decision a mistake.
$3,000 for a gold Ocean Pointe 2 bedroom unit is a great price IMO. Hopefully it will get through ROFR.

We own a silver week at MGO which we love to use in alternate years. The other years we trade; most recently to Ko'Olina and Waiohai. Both these trades came through shortly after they were requested.
