I also had a great experience with SmartChoice as a resell buyer. From my first call to SmartChoice to the recording of the timeshare was 3 weeks ... I don't think a resale timeshare purchase can close much faster.

I also agree - btw, Judi knows about TUG and I believe reads the forum from time-to-time. She is very well-versed in many TS programs - and very responsive to their clients. We bought our Westin Kierland week thru SmartChoice - the closing was a bit slow, but that had to do with the seller being slow to follow-thru.
