Jackson Hole Towncenter Unit 10 Week 11

We have enjoyed Jackson, WY for many years but family dynamics have changed such that I just dont see us using this any longer. Hopefully someone else can get some use and memories out of this 2 bedroom unit. Week 11 has always been a great ski week for us too. It is normally 1-2 weeks before the resort closes for the annual elk migration. Annual dues are $1640 and 2024 fees have been paid with no other fees due. Let me know if interested.

Hello, newbie! We own a week 25 and 36 at JHTC so feel free to contact me if you want to talk about the resort. I think I've seen another Tugger with a week 37.

Thanks Northwoodsgal. I have actually been to the resort numerous times since we purchased in 2007 but I'd like to transfer ownership or do a deedback to the HOA. Family dynamics have changed and I just cant make Wyoming a priority (travelling from NC) and would like to transfer before next September when dues are required again.
Its been a great vaca for us but I just dont see using it any longer unfortunately.
 
BTW - I'm actually an old TUG member from way back (Skisnow&Water) was my user name but its tied to an old aol.com email and I cant do a password re-set without paying a monthly fee to aol (Not happening) - si I just created a new TUG name. Thanks for the reply though.

I also own two weeks there week 36 and week 1.
